Maple Ridge Pool House

This job was a referral after a water pipe burst in a gorgeous Maple Ridge pool house during a typical Oklahoma freeze. The water damage was extensive. LAR was contracted to repair the water damage and to create a new space based on 165 SF and the owner and well-known designer’s vision. The space was gutted to the studs going back with a spectacular curbless shower and wall-mounted toilet. The tiled floor runs from the bathroom into the living area, creating a continuous space. The main room is cozy with an efficient and charming kitchen area, a uniquely designed spiral staircase and a show-stopping wall design.
